Regarding 404 Error
RSAD website basically flash based website, you have to enable flash in your browser site setting. You can enable your flash player by using this setting:-
1 Open your browser with latest update using computer not in mobile
2 Login using SSO and click on RSAD website logo
3 Open your file, If not open follow following step
4 On address bar left side display i symbol click on there
5 Flash setting allow them flash setting or according to image
